STEREOTYPES OF ARCHITECTURAL THEORY AND AUTHENTIC CREATIVE WORK

Yuriy Kryvorychko
Abstract

An analysis of spatial and semantic archetypes of religious structures by Hungarian architects, including Imre Makovecz, made it possible to further develop the idea concerning the creative work of this original architect, which was based on deep traditions of Hungarian culture. The genetic memory of the architect, which broadly extends beyond current theoretical concepts and schemes of architectural theory, formed the basis of the work of Imre Makovecz and other Hungarian architects.

Keywords

architecture, theory, stereotype, creativity, genetic memory, designer.
