Типологія дозвіллєвих закладів у громадських будівлях малих міст України

Анотація

Метою статті було виявити архітектурно-планувальні, функціональні та містобудівні критерії систематизації будівель дозвіллєвого призначення в малих містах України й обґрунтувати напрями їх трансформації в умовах сучасного громадського використання, реконструкції та адаптації. Методологія дослідження поєднала нормативний, функціонально-планувальний, типологічний, містобудівний і реконструктивно-інженерний аналіз з інтегральним моделюванням. Практичну придатність запропонованих типологічних моделей уточнено на прикладі чотирьох дозвіллєвих будівель малих міст України: Будинку культури в Каневі, Стебницького Народного дому, Народного дому міста Бібрка та Жовківського міського Народного дому. Результати дослідження показали, що дім просвіти, народний дім, будинок культури, клубна будівля та культурний центр не є лише історичними або інституційними назвами одного типу об’єкта, а відображають різні моделі громадської будівлі, відмінні за провідною функцією, складом користувачів, просторовим ядром, рівнем поліфункціональності, містобудівною роллю та потенціалом трансформації. Установлено, що традиційна клубна будівля малого міста переважно формувалася навколо зально-сценічного блоку, однак сучасні потреби громад зумовлюють перехід до поліфункціональної моделі, у якій важливими стають фоє, гурткові й навчальні приміщення, комунікації, технічні зони, безбар’єрна вхідна група та прилеглий громадський простір. Узагальнено п’ять типологічних моделей трансформації дозвіллєвих будівель: монофункціональну зальну будівлю, клубно-гурткову будівлю, культурно-видовищну будівлю з розвиненим сценічно-глядацьким блоком, адаптовану громадську будівлю змішаного використання та багатофункціональний культурно-дозвіллєвий центр. З’ясовано, що найбільший адаптаційний потенціал мають об’єкти, у яких зальна частина поєднана з гнучкими просторами повсякденного використання. Практичне значення результатів полягає в можливості їх використання під час оцінювання, реконструкції та функціонального оновлення культурно-дозвіллєвих будівель малих міст України
