Інтеграція захищених просторів у структуру житлових будівель в умовах постійної воєнної загрози

Анотація

В умовах постійної потенційної загрози для цивільного населення житло набуває функції первинного середовища безпеки, що потребує перегляду принципів його об’ємно-планувальної організації. Метою роботи було обґрунтування підходів до інтеграції захищених просторів у структуру житлових будівель та визначення принципів їх функціонального зонування в умовах тривалих воєнних загроз. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу наукових джерел, порівняльного аналізу планувальних рішень, узагальнення статистичних даних, просторово-функціонального моделювання, а також метод включеного (учасницького) спостереження. Обґрунтовано необхідність перегляду традиційної схеми функціонального зонування приміщень квартир умовам постійної воєнної загрози. Запропоновано адаптацію просторово-ієрархічної моделі захищених зон, розробленої в попередніх дослідженнях автора, до структури багатоповерхового житлового будинку. Обґрунтовано використання конструктивного ядра будівлі як основи забезпечення евакуації та збереження інженерних систем. Обґрунтовано доцільність перерозподілу функціонального призначення приміщень із перенесенням зон нічного перебування у зону з високим рівнем захисту, наближену до конструктивного ядра будівлі. Визначено роль внутрішньої буферної зони (санвузли, гардеробні, коридори) як просторових елементів, що зменшують вплив ударної хвилі та уламків. Доведено, що фасадна зона має найнижчий рівень захисту та використовується як простір денного перебування. Додатковий рівень захисту забезпечується шляхом застосування зовнішнього енергопоглинаючого шару (балкони, лоджії, фасадні системи). Показано, що запропонований підхід сприяє формуванню більш компактної планувальної структури, що позитивно впливає на енергоефективність будівель що створює передумови для підвищення енергоефективності будівель. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в адаптації багаторівневої просторово-ієрархічної моделі захищених зон будівель до структури житлового середовища та удосконаленні принципів функціонального зонування житла відповідно до рівня захищеності приміщень. Практична цінність роботи полягає у можливості застосування отриманих результатів при проєктуванні нових житлових будинків, адаптації існуючого житлового фонду, а також у розробці рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня безпеки мешканців шляхом інтеграції захищених просторів у структуру житлових будівель
